Limited Warranty – 2 Years STANDWERK Product Protection
What does this warranty cover?
This warranty ("Warranty") covers all material and workmanship defects of your products purchased from STANDWERK or authorized dealers, including glasses straps and accessories ("covered items"). The warranty is only valid for original purchases with proof of purchase.
What does this warranty not cover?
This warranty does not cover damages caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, loss, theft, alterations, or purchases from unauthorized resellers. It also doesn't cover any indirect or consequential damages related to product use. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
How long is the warranty period?
The warranty is valid for two years from the original purchase date of the covered item.
How do you make a warranty claim?
To make a claim, please contact us at support@standwerk.com with the following information:
Proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or receipt)
Description of the damage, possibly with photos
What will STANDWERK do?
STANDWERK will assess the warranty claim. If the damage is due to material or workmanship defects, we will replace your product at no additional cost with an identical or comparable product if the original model is no longer available.
Shipping and handling fees may apply, depending on the claimant's country.
How does this affect your statutory rights?
This warranty provides you with additional rights that do not affect your statutory warranty claims.
